[INFO] UPDATE, Winamp Change Owner

Winamp Change Owner

Winamp Change Owner, Techkonology- There is new hope for the lovers of Winamp. The AOL as being the owners of Winamp music player ownership has been selling to the Radionomy. Radionomy radio online station itself is based in Belgium.

As ever,  AOL plans to discontinue service Winamp on 20 December 2013. But that plan was delayed because of interest from various parties appeared to buy Winamp. And according to TechCrunch's site (which is also owned by AOL), which managed to get the Winamp finally is Radionomy.

There is no mention of how the value payable to the Radionomy AOL. To be sure, this deal also includes Shoutcast online radio service based Winamp. This purchase be relevant because Shoutcast has 50 thousand online radio station that will add Radionomy catalogue currently has about 60 thousand radio stations.

This purchase reportedly will be officially announced Friday (3/1). Radionomy's own party has yet to say anything about the plan then to Winamp. But remember Winamp is an important part of the Shoutcast, Winamp probably closed it seems very small.

Long live Winamp!
